Josie Ann's Journal, 07 March 2013

Good morning my fellow FS people! It's snowing outside and it's house cleaning day for me - how exciting. I was going to run today even though it's not my scheduled run day, but I can feel my body needs a rest, so I'll get my running shoes back on tomorrow for 3 days straight. And as, this is a non-exercising day I will keep my calories a bit lower than usual.
