Josie Ann's Journal, 10 March 2013

Had a bad night's sleep (a bit of tummy woes) and daylight savings is not helping either. Was suppose to run this morning, but I am just too tired. My head feels like its in a fog and I've been up for awhile. Anyhow, it's all good; stomach is feeling much better and I'll run 5 miles tomorrow for sure. I hope everyone has a great day and remember to smile! 😊
