I'm heading off to Florida for a mini holiday with my lovely husband a week from today, so I won't be able to get my runs in for a few days. I was hoping to reach my 125 goal before I left but I suspect this won't happen. Not the end of the world, but I will continue to watch what I eat whilst I'm away until I can get back to my regular routine.
Anyhow, I powered through another 5 mile run today, but the runners high didn't come until the last mile, so it felt like running through sand for most of it. Funny how some days you feel like superman running, and other days it's just not happening.
