I have been off Fat Secret lately and I am going to try to make an effort to get back on. Part of it was the blizzard - I was at my mom's house and I can't get on the computer several times a day to log my food like I do at home. I just said hell with it, I'll start again later. So now it's later and I'm starting again.

Sorry about being stranded - I'm curious as I plan to someday reach a point of comfort with food nutrition and portion size that I wont need to log either - how did you do? Did you still manage to eat mindfully and maintain?
