Wow, this last week was a tough week. Valentine's Day and a big celebration for my husband's birthday! His favorite cake is carrot cake. My good friend made a delicious one! I worked my portions down to keep it within my 1900 calorie limit. Also for Valentine's day my husband gave me chocolate covered cinnamon bears! Again I work them into my day and would give me so many I could eat in the day. I would separate them right from the rest and put them in a little baggie. Those would be all I could eat. It worked.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 February 2013:
1884 kcal Fat: 37.81g | Prot: 85.84g | Carb: 305.02g.   Breakfast: frozen mixed berries, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, yogurt, honey, frozen spinach, milk. Lunch: Blueberry Muffin Mix, dill pickle, cooked carrots, celery, onion, Pork chop, bean noodles. Dinner: chocolate ice cream, green snap beans, Spicy Buffalo Style White Meat Chicken Chunks. Snacks/Other: Beef Jerky, Mini Cinnamon roll, String Cheese with 2% Milk, Jolly Rancher. more...

Well done.I blew Valetines over by 100cal. When it came to my grandsons birthday, my daughter-in -law made a lovely meal with wine, I worked it into my diet.Instead of chocolate cake which was the birthday cake, she gave me a tiny little lemon drizzle cake.Cals to spare, low fat score, well pleased. Last night my grand-daughter aged 9 gave me a box of chocolates - aaaarrrrggghh.
