I am disabled and unable to get up much. Because of this my weight has been continually climbing. I really need to take control and start moving it back down.
I am married. I have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
My husband is very supportive and is ready and willing to help! It is a good thing since he is the one who prepares our meals! :)

Steady she goes!
Because of my exercise restrictions I don't exercise. So I have to rely on my diet to lose weight. I haven't watched my calorie intake for so long, because I had given up and didn't think it would be possible to lose weight without the exercise part. I am really glad to know I was wrong and am very happy to see my weight going down.
