A little over my calorie intake today. Too much fat, I think. Tomorrow is my fast day. I sure need it. Two days in a row---eating out! I need to re-gain some order in my diet. (That's the ONLY thing I want to GAIN!!!)

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2013:
1429 kcal Fat: 48.61g | Prot: 70.44g | Carb: 178.46g.   Breakfast: melons, pineapple, Bacon lettuce and tomato club sandwich. Lunch: special k bar, Fiber one bar. Dinner: My Own Ranch Salad Dressing, mashed potatoes, salad, 1% milk, Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: fresh banana. more...
