A little over my calorie intake today. Too much fat, I think. Tomorrow is my fast day. I sure need it. Two days in a row---eating out! I need to re-gain some order in my diet. (That's the ONLY thing I want to GAIN!!!)

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2013:
1429 kcal Fat: 48.61g | Prot: 70.44g | Carb: 178.46g.   Breakfast: Bacon lettuce and tomato club sandwich, pineapple, melons. Lunch: Fiber one bar, special k bar. Dinner: Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), mashed potatoes, salad, My Own Ranch Salad Dressing, 1% milk. Snacks/Other: fresh banana. more...
