Husband and I went out for Chinese tonight. I am not entering the food, I know I will be over! :( I have got my exercise in except for riding my bike. I will do that in a bit. Having breakfast out in the morning too. I have my meal planned in my head. Sunday will be my fast day. I have Monday off. Plan on staying busy!

I didn't have control today either. Really don't want to put my food in either. Bad day for water for me. Not going to get my run in today either. Oh well, tomorrow is another day!
