Blood sugar upon rising was 107. I wanted to be able to say to myself that I was gonna get this number downward tomorrow morning, but I blew it at dinner with pizza that was brought through the front door by my Ogre (DH)! I own up to it, he didn't put it in my mouth. LOL!

I walked 1 hr today. Woo Hoo!

Saw the pulmonologist dr today. YES! Finally, she is recommending a breathing machine (APAC) for my sleep apnea (I experience no REM sleep during my sleep cycle ea night). Now, I wait to see if the insurance will approve it. I should know something in 2 weeks. Crossing my fingers because I am really looking forward to some much needed REM sleep and be able to wake-up refreshed in the mornings, instead of being sleepy and experience extreme fatigue as I go through my tasks and chores, and what should be fun things, like a zombie.

Tomorrow is a new day! Happy Healthy Trails to my FS Buddies! :)

Wishing you luck with getting the machine..when you do get it..Use It.. My DH and my SIL have one..they feel so much better that they get some much needed sleep..You don't realize it but your body will wake its self up so you will breath..Hugs..:O)

Don't you hate it when pizza appears? Something about it makes it just so hard to resist. Hope the machine works! My sister has one and thinks it makes a world of difference.

Bren, Thank you! I am looking forward to a good night sleep. My drs tell me that once I sleep again, I will have an easier time losing weight. That it all goes hand in hand...

Buffy, Yes, I do hate it when pizza appears! LOL! Thank goodness it only comes around once in a while. I can't wait til I get some much needed sleep. Never thought I would be the one to not sleep. I used to just melt away in my bed at night and wake up in the morning so refreshed. I look forward to that again! Thanks!
