So it is Valentines Day! Hope you all have a nice day planned (romantic or otherwise).

Hate to admit this but I am still overeating - but ever so slightly. Maybe the extra 500 calories won't make any difference? We'll just have to see. At least the extreme cravings are gone.

And to end on a positive note - you should see our weather! Bright sunshine warming up the day. Who could ask for anything more!

I woke to that gorgeous sight today as well. Not sure how long it will last, but at 8 am, it was 42 degrees! If it isn't going to give me any snow, then I want days like this! Have a fabulous, wonderful Valentine's day! Doesn't hubby come home tonight? (wiggling eyebrows) LOL

Happy Valentines Day! Are you logging everything you're eating? 1400 calories doesn't seem like it should make you gain. Even my resting weight calories are around there and I'm pretty sure I'm shorter than you. Maybe try for 1300 and just lose weight gradually.

Happy V-Day. I'm losing and gaining the same pound, too. But have decided to care more about the inches coming off - so made myself a chart to record those each Sunday with my official weigh in. Didn't even weigh today! Settling into not being so OCD about the scales and relaxing into a long term eating pattern that is low carb. Have a great day!

DairyFarmersWife - yes I am logging everything (didn't you notice the Trail Mix - LOL). Maybe I can lose at 1400 - that is why I'm not panicking yet. Congrats again on getting that land!
