At the beginning of the week I wasn't sleeping well. My husband is sick again, which may be the reason since he's coughing, poor guy. Last night finally out like a light. Also I have been really, really thirsty lately. I don't know if it's because its warmed up a little or because I've been jogging. But you can't go wrong with water.

Sorry to hear that hubby is ill. That cough and stuff is nasty, and so hard to get over. Hope he is better soon. Glad that you were able to get some sleep! Water is definitely good...and I need to get back to drinking my 120 oz a day again. I do much better when I do! Have a great day!
