ElizabethEl's Journal, 07 February 2013

Glad I don't live in the NE - they've got some big snow coming. Not doing 'official weigh in' until Sunday but am holding steady in my unofficial weigh ins. Maybe by Sunday will drop a bit. Did some measuring this AM and lost another half inch around waist - that's 2 inches since December so clothes are fitting more comfortably despite not much weight loss.

That is what counts the most, that shrinking waistline! Don't feel bad about our big storm coming... we will get some great exercise with the shoveling!

Don't you just love it when you can sit down in your favorite jeans and still be able to breath? Best of luck on Sunday's weigh in.

Yea! those inches count alot. So if wt doesn't change much you are still heading the right direction! I work in customer service so talk to people all over the world. Talke to many from the NE today waiting for the snow to start and one was going to grab his shovel and get a start as his area was expecting 3 ft or more. He was in his 80's and didn't want it to build too much as he already had a couple inches. He said it was better on him to try to keep up with inches instead of trying to get through feet. Wise man. We are expecting 60's this weekend here in Missouri
