I avoided coffee break yesterday afternoon, since my colleague and me went to swim earlier than usual, since he had something to do at the time we normally go there.
Swimmin has been super! I swam 1.3km, even if I was aiming at 1.5(but we had to leave the swimming pool). I have way more energy and strength than few months ago. The first 40 laps went easy as pie. Then I pushed a bit the pace, my hearthbeat went faster and I had to stop in between laps, but that's ok.
Then I have seen a friend for coffee, after dinner. Felt like I still had energy to do things. It's amazing!
I feel so good and happy lately. Even if I am sleeping 5-7 hours per night, it's enough and I can catch up during the weekend.
Tonight we'll have dinner here with my sweetheart and two friends. I planned to cook something light (pasta with zucchini pesto and bacon) but I am not convinvced.
I feel inspired today... After going to some offices to hadle in some documents, I was thinking about going to the univ. library and start writing some drafts for my book. I don't know yet how it will turn out to be, this draft, if it will be really worth it to submit the idea to a publisher or if it will only be fun for me. I'll let it flow....

Hi iamachris! Yup, endurance is improving and it's really great! I am planning to write a book about famous physicists, just short and funny stories about their ideas and life together. I read tons of stuff about that topic, and would like to write my own collection of stories. I just don't know which "thread" to use to connect the stories... Maybe I'll only write about Italian physicists or 1900-ones. Still have doubts about that. How do you find this idea?
