Today was good...for my food! I am so trying to stay on my plan. I have always used the old fashion scales. I recently purchased a digital scale. I weigh 6 pounds more! OMG! I have always weighed more at my WW meetings. But I go to an evening meeting, so dressed and my water and food intake, I have always weighed more on those digital scales. (At home, I weigh first thing in the morning in my birthday suit) So seeing that number on my new scale....I DO NOT LIKE IT!!! I will continue to use my old fashion scales for my morning weigh ins. My new scales measure bone mass, fat, and water. I do want to know that information.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 February 2013:

Scales are calibrated differently so you will weigh something different on each one.
