Joined the 5:2 Eat stop eat challenge. Hope this can kick start me! My number has been the same for some time now. I will be thinking about this challenge.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you will like the results. Remember years ago when Dolly Parton lost all her weight. She said she did it by not having supper sometimes. Well, I kind of look at it like that. Will have supper but MINIMUM calories for it.

Pink, remember to drink plenty of water and change up your exercise routine. Sometimes we have a stall because we are not changing things. Maybe you have not had enough calories or maybe to many. If you are walking every day for 30 minutes, try 45. Sometimes that small change can jump start us back into weight loss. Good luck. I am thinking good thoughts for you!!
