Hope everyone had a Happy Groundhog Day!! Today seemed to be a better day. Made these amazing little pizzas tonight. Used pitas and added tomato sauce, green peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, turkey pepperoni, and a mozzarella cheese slice to each one. Baked until cheese is melted. So good!!! Figured it to be 8 points for 2!!!! Very filling! Hubby liked them too. (He used real pepperoni!)
