Except for today, I battled the past few days, and the change in the scale is very evident!
I shouldn't be getting cravings at this stage - I am still mourning for my brother who passed away on 25 January - and regrettably I have been on such an emotional coaster ride!
Dr Eendveldt on his blog recently suggested to cut down on diary (except for butter) if one's weigh loss progress stalls. That's what happened to me since the past 2 weeks, before I cheated.
Today I cut out the usual cream, cream cheese and yoghurt and I feel very satisfied.
