Great day. We went out lastnight and I did drink some Lower Carb Beer but my weight was down a tad this morning. That may not be the case tomorrow morning. My carbs are not over...lots of fiber today....calories not bad, BUT sodium higher than I would like. It is 6:13pm and I need to drink a LOT of water in the next 4 hours.

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Oh and DH looked at carbs all day when we were out...he said that he is getting his 'head wrapped around' the lower carbs and that he may start after Tuesday. Why after Tuesday, you ask? Because he said that if daughter passes physical and swears in then he wants to take her out (oh yeah it was changed from Monday to Tuesday).

Good luck to your daughter! I think it is so much easier to stay on an eating plan when you are both doing it.

Good luck to your daughter! Being both on a low carb diet helps a lot! The worse thing of being on a diet is looking at your partner eating all the "forbidden" food just next to you and still trying to resist. Since I introduced fruit again, it seems I cannot have low carb but only high sugar meals. How many times per day do you eat fruit?

Your daughter is yours....she's got this in the hat! That's wonderful progress with DH! He'll get there slowly but surely.
