Okay so I ate way too much yesterday...not so much out of carbs (except the wine) but just too much and I was stuffed last night. I had a zero net carb artichoke and jalapeno dip with pork skins and then I had a beef and cheese dip with low carb tortillas and some zero carb hot wings. I did have some pulled pork but not a large amount as I knew it had carbs. I had no crackers...no regular chips...no cookies...none of the raspberry chipotle with cream cheese (that tastes so good)...no wine coolers....so I did good just too much sodium and I have not voided in a couple of days. So until I void I will not record my weight. Back on track today...left most of the dips with my nephew (brought home enough for daughter).

DH is trying to get on track with the lower carb......he is trying.

That's great! I also did just fine at a Super Bowl party as well. Beef brisket, a few hot wings (0 carb) and chicken dip with parmesan crackers (homemade from parmesan cheese, chilli and garlic powder). Didn't get on the scale though because my water drinking didn't go so well this weekend, so back on track today. Keep going, your doing great!

you did so well even if it was too much. I would have picked up at least a few chips, but I didn't go out and tempt myself, not yet. Cheers for the great job!

Jaime.. You have been doing really well.. Don't get on yourself hard, you know what to do to get back on track! I, Myself slipped up on Super Bowl day like you back to the grind.. No excuses but you deserve a little treat.. ;)

Wouldn't it be wonderful if life didn't get in our way? Drink lots of water Jamie, just keep downing it and things will be right back to normal in no time. Sounds to me like you should be patting yourself on the back, you done good!
