I eat healthy throughout the day, but once 10 pm hits, I get hungry and crave the worse things. I also wake up in the middle of the night and eat chips/peanut butter/left overs. I need to break this habit in order to lose weight!

I recommend more protein during the day, and dont eat after seven no matter how hard it is you'll break it in a week. drink a really cold glass of water when you get hunger pains

Another thing that you may want to try is brush your teeth right after your last meal. Since nothing really tastes very good with toothpaste it may help to deter you from wanting to eat after that time. Just a thought!
