@Nadine, first you should slow down. looking at your weight loss graph you are dropping to fast. Think crash dieting. Second you need to get more fats and proteins into your body. Eat eggs, milk, nuts, coconut oil I hear is pretty good, steak, chicken and tons of fruit and vegies. This will help you when fasting. But since you are already so low in calorie area you really need to hit that 1200, even if you dont feel hungry, and stay at 500 on the fast days no more no less, you will run the risk of hurting yourself if you dont
