198.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It seems as my body is getting quite adapted to the LCHF lifestyle. I experience far less cravings. The only exception is last Saturday afternoon. I'm devastated by the tragic and sudden passing away of my younger brother, and munched on plenty of droe wors in the afternoon (to "still the pain" I subsequently experienced on the crop of my stomach - like lead drilling into the pit of my innermost)

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I can't begin to understand how painful it must be. Hang in there Cinnamoneyes.
