I'm becoming a whiner. First the commute into work took 2 hours. Then I had an hour meeting about nothing. Then I sit for a living! If my muscles weren't already stiff then they are now! I cant bend my legs. I've been trying to drink plenty of water but I can't sit to pee! After about a 5 degree bend my legs just refuse. Then if I do sit.. I cant get up!

I tried to loosen everything up stretching at my desk but I may have overdone the whole atkins bars/shakes. Do you know what happens when you eat too many atkins bars? You toot. Do you know what happens when you're tooting and you stretch? You toot louder and longer. I can't even cross my legs! I really can't cross them. I tried. I pulled on my pant leg and everything. The only thing that happened is the toot took a different route and made a different noise while I cussed and huffed before finally giving up.

I better have thighs of steel and flat abs by the end of february! If I don't.. well.. I'll probably put myself through this until I do and whine the whole time. Mmmm wine. I need wine and sushi. I think my reward if I get to the workout goal will be wine and sushi.

You think???? Ok... get you aaaars in gear woman! I want wine and sushi!! OK, remember your body needs time to recover. If you go that hard you shouldn't every day, esp at the beginning. Work for every 2-3 days and find a form of cardio for the opposite days. And lay off the prepackaged products.... don't you remember the sugar free candy....;-)?

Ok I'm sorry but this journal totally cracked me up... I feel bad that you are having such a toot-a-riffic afternoon, but hopefully it will teach you to lighten up on the Atkins food! :)

Oh you do make me laugh! And from one who also sits all day I know how stiff you can be when you get up!! I love my Frankenstine shuffle after a hard work out the night before. Very attactive!

Turn that Whine into WINE! See if wine makes you toot! Just don't take Xenical and go to work, or you will be tooting real stuff onto your chair, ewww grossss.

XD oh boy can I sympathize on this one!! I'm not in pain, but going back to watching what I eat has put my body in a 'clean out' mode that has me tootin' from one end of the office to the other! Thank God for Beano, or I think I'd have exploded by now!
