I know that the scale does not truely reflect my loyalty sticking to the LCHF weight-loss journey.

Yesterday I was shocked when the scale's needle showed a 1 kg increase instead of a weight loss.

I am not swayed however. I enjoy eating like this and look forward to the final results.

For now, I am here, not there. So I breathe deeply, stretch my arms and embrace life at this moment - with a passion!

Thanks to God for so many blessings :-)

I hope that I can pick up some of your positive attitude. Although I like eating this way, I have gotten frustrated with the lack of weight loss already. Good luck to you!
