I know that the scale does not truely reflect my loyalty sticking to the LCHF weight-loss journey.
Yesterday I was shocked when the scale's needle showed a 1 kg increase instead of a weight loss.
I am not swayed however. I enjoy eating like this and look forward to the final results.
For now, I am here, not there. So I breathe deeply, stretch my arms and embrace life at this moment - with a passion!
