Yesterday for lunch I had Lucilles BBQ, it was wonderful. When I consume proper nutrition, then I do not have to deny myself the foods I really want a couple of times per week. I must remember health and weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I have always had the opposite understanding...that if I work out hard enough, I can eat whatever...not true...not true for me anyway.

Alright Fat Secret Buddies...y'all have a healthy and blessed weekend according to 3 John 2.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

so true about the weight loss.Ive started to really watch the diet and get some exercise in but its the eating that is so difficult.Having the self control to not eat what your friends or family are eating all the juicy junk and realise you are doing this for a healthier you! have a great weekend!
