I am thoroughly enjoying this low carb indulgence holiday - high calories to help me coast through the blah's of January.

But seriously, it is very apparent I am not going to lose any weight this way. Can't wait until January 16th when I can start phase II.

1784 kcal Fat: 142.21g | Prot: 84.74g | Carb: 30.50g.   Breakfast: natural sausage, Cheddar, spinach, egg, heavy whipping cream, brewed coffee, heavy whipping cream, brewed coffee. Lunch: tomato, celery, Radish, Sour Cream, baby greens, Onions, Avacado, ground pork. Dinner: coconut oil, butter, chicken breast, broccoli. Snacks/Other: heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk , brewed coffee, heavy whipping cream, brewed coffee. more...

Who knows, Buffy....you might find out your body can handle the higher calories as long as they're coming from Induction foods and veggies. Hang in there!

Hey Buffy, overall it's not that bad. I think the average of cal is really not as high as you picture it to be. Besides -you lost 2 lbs. Where is the problem? I guess you just can't wait to get your almonds *hihi*
