I Beleive....:) Zigzagging is my favorite way to lose weight I have ever tried, hands down. It's so easy to keep from binging beacuse the plan is so flexible. I got my low cal day out of the way on Sunday, but I wasn't planning on having a high cal day yesterday. I WAS going to stop at 1450. WAS..but temptation came my way, actually I threw myself in the middle of it. My biggest weakness, banana bread! I made some for Brandon as I had a ton of ripe bananas and he has been asking for it. I hate making it because it is high calorie the way he likes it and I love it so much I could eat half a loaf even when not hungry! I did lick the spoon JUST a SMIDGE.. but I didn't have any banana bread. Couldn't justify it, I didn't know how much fat and calories were in it, but I did know I put a heck of a lot of butter and shortening in such a small loaf! But I felt deprived, even after i promised myself I would have some banana pancakes today instead. So I compromised and had a cup of lowfat ice cream with cool whip, and of course a Magical Prune Brownie! I call them Magic because they taste like regular brownies and I have been eating them almost every day and not gained weight. But I do have to control myself of course!! So anyways yesterday turned out to be a high cal day after all, but less than my high cal day last week. Seems like thats when I always get a drop! Another factor is I started a new pill pack and evil water retention is gone finally! I am certainly happy that TOM is over and so is the scale torture!! I KNEW I could tell a difference, but the scale has been downright mean lately! The other day it even went up a little but I knew it was water from hormaone fluctuation, it did the exact same thing last month. It was gone the next day so i was glad I didn't record it! Well, PARTY at my house! Bring lowfat snacks and I'll provide the Brownies and Ice Cream! Low Carb Friends can come too, but no heavy cream items prermitted!! ;) I do have further to go, I am going to reset at 115 shortly..but I want to bask in my glory for a couple hours first! :) I never would have gotten this far without so much encouragement and support from all of my friends here, so thank you all so much!! Don't quit me now tho..the journey is not over! :) Everyone have a stellar day!!
