Today I went to FIERCE class. The class rotates every Sunday for 5 weeks and I was hoping it wouldn't be FIERCE today but it was. I would rather it be muscle pump - an hour of slowly lifting weights sounded better today than an hour of jumping around like a crazed person and doing all kinds of squats with a weighted bar. However, I did it. I even did plank and some wonky burpees, and I kept up. There is one thing I can do awesome in cardio class - pretend jump roping. I am awesome at that. Other crap, not so much. But I got through it. Then I came home and walked the dog for 30 minutes. I think I'll be okay tonight for food, I just have to watch it. I am so ready to drop some weight. I weighed again today on a different gym's scales and my weight is holding pretty steady at 172. I just want to get below 170 and stay there.
