Two days deep into the 12 days of baking. Only a finger lick of chocolate to show for it! That is very good! I confess though, I am tempted, but I know that once I start, I may not stop! I chose a different cheat though - garlic cheese bread (extremely light butter and fat free mozzarella) and boy was it tasty! I am amazed at how just a couple of awareness items like fat free cheese and the volume of butter can turn a really bad thing for me into a thing I can have in moderation.

Good for you ~ first week in I licked the spoon clean after making a PBJ for MH before I even thought about it. I'm very conscientious now of spoons, fingers, and samples ~ the little things can add up, can't they!~
