It has been a busy week - too much to do, lots of running around, not much time for me. It has been hard resisting the baked goods and I have not been able to exercise as much as I wanted. I got my walking in, but nothing else. No weight lost; but the inches continue to "melt away". I know that sticking with exercise will really help with that.
I am looking forward to having today to catch up on chores, last minute shopping, and maybe(??) a little time for me. Tomorrow will be stacked and packed with doing stuff for my parents (again) and will likely be stressful. I am looking forward to knocking some items off the "to do" list, for sure!
