I can't believe I just slept til noon when all this week I've been getting up at 5. I guess my body was telling me I needed it. Anyway, so yesterday I was headed to Wichita for that meeting and about an hour or so into the drive I got to thinking that it's actually on May 3rd. So I pulled over on the side of the road to check my computer and of course, it's on May 3rd and I was just WISHING it was this weekend. Duh me. Oh well. So I put different geocaches in my GPSr and just started caching by myself where I was (Yates Center, KS). I found 20, which is pretty good and got to explore some of Kansas. There are lots of gravel roads out here - not just gravel driveways or something, but long roads. Well I had to go down them to get to caches and one time my car started swirving and sliding, it was so scary. At first I put my brakes on because that's a natural instinct when you're sliding like that, but remembered you're not supposed to do that. I was just really hoping not to get in an accident in the middle of nowhere and hurt me or my car. I'm fine, but I drove A LOT slower down those roads after that (even though I was already going slowly to begin with). Then when I was out of my car looking for caches I kept walking through spider webs and stumbling. The one thing I realized yesterday was that caching by yourself can be 1) dangerous and 2) boring after long periods of time.
So I got home and ate and did some things and took a nap (apparently I sleep a lot) and got up and talked to a few people. Didn't exercise yesterday, but plan to today. I'm frustrated with UPS here because I'd ordered the other Turbo Jam DVDs and according to the tracking I was hoping they'd be here Friday, but they weren't, but then I checked yesterday and it says that at 9:22 am Saturday notice was left - wrong, there was nothing on my door, or on the floor (I have a mail slot), so now because they didn't leave it I have to wait until tomorrow! I am definitely going to let the UPS know that their driver did not leave a notice b/c that is frustrating.
Oh I weighed when I got up and I'm 1.2 less than yesterday, yay! I've also been trying to do the Turbo Sculpt every other day and it's working, my muscles are sore! Other than that I just have reading to do. I have tomorrow off as well, so I'm not sure if I'm going to drive up to Kansas City and cache/shop for some boots or not.
