It's been a good day! I got a package in the mail from my aunt containing 3 of the Thomas Light Multi Grain English Muffins that I so adore (they don't sell them here) as well as some items for a recipe she wants me to try. Then I got some mail from Greg, just some heel pads I'd left and the disc to install his printer on my computer. I also got my new Turbo Jam DVDs!!!! YAY!! I was SO excited that I did 2 hours and 45 minutes of them today! There are 2 left I haven't tried - one of the cardio parties and the booty sculpt + abs. I hope to get up in enough time to try those before work tomorrow!
I've eaten well and had decent water intake too. I think Greg is coming out here on my birthday (June 3rd) so I really want to look smoking HOT! I can already feel my body changing, which is really exciting. I can't wait to take more "after" pictures!
Well, I just had 3 days off, which was nice, but tomorrow is back to work, which I'm excited about. So I work until Sunday and I have Monday and Tuesday off.

165 minutes of Turbo Jam!!! Holy smokes! You are a workout maniac! I'm glad you really like the new dvd's. You'll have to give us a review and tell us which ones are the best. How nice to get a "care package" from your aunt! And what a contrast to "just some heel pads.... and the disc to install his printer..." from Greg... I was expecting something romantic! LOL. But I'm sure the romance and sparks will fly when he comes and sees his SMOKING HOT girl in June! You're doing awesome!

Thta is awesome about the weight, body and new dvd's. I spent the day away at college with some soccer players and my son. I came home and crashed.

Super Turbo Jam Marathon! WOW! I can't wait to see the after shots too! I like that you said you noticed changes in your body, rather than only focusing on the number on the scale, cause you're sculpting all those muscles too! I'm so excited by how great you are doing :D

Wow!!! What a workout! Are those the Billy Blanks videos? I got a couple of his turbo blast videos or something like that. I haven't tried them yet, but I've been doing his Tae Bo videos. How are those turbo jam videos?
