I came to two conclusions today. 1) after last week the sweet cravings are back and I need to get them under control. Amazing how less than a week and old habits can come back. And 2) I like to lick the bowl after cooking. I need to stop that, added calories that I don't need.

LOL - lick the bowls! Who doesn't? My mom used to give us the beaters after she mixed brownies and cakes!
