Day 6 of Low Carb - I feel great. I'm not tempted by the candy tray across the hall or the purple cookies in the breakroom. I am getting a little tired of omlettes from the caffeteria but when I go shopping friday I will pick up some easy breakfast things for me to do on my own to save some money.

I am noticing one very big change. My magic boobs are drying up. I know with low carb you tend to lose water weight. From here on out I'm going to try to up my water intake. I've got some sugar free drink mixes and some ice tea mix to make the work water a little less painful. Hopefully this will help things recover a little. If not.. I may lose my magic boobs. I'm not too upset because little man is 5-1/2 months. I suspect he's going to get teeth soon at which point I won't want him to nurse. I'm not a die hard nursing is the best policy momma when teeth become involved. Call me weak. I don't care. I like my nipples intact.

In the past 2 days I have gotten 4 comments about me looking slimmer. Two from work and two thru hubby from the guys that are here helping with the harvest. Apparently they think it might be considered flirting if they complimented me when hubby wasn't around. BUT getting a few drinks in them and comparing my weight loss to his weight gain is completely ok. Poor hubby. Hopefully with my continued eating habits and loss he will start to lose too. If not.. well then he can feel good having a really sexy wife who loves him to pieces and puts up with his crap.

Speaking of getting hot. I brought a 5 lb weight to work today. I noticed my arms are shrinking. I don't have as much of an arm gobble. The loose swingy fat under my arm isn't as low hanging! So.. now it's time to tone that swing up. Hopefully I don't drop the weight on my foot.. or head. I'm sure people will look at me like i'm crazy but I'm used to that. Let the arm toning begin!

Haha. Magic boobs. Yep, I lost mine too when I got serious about my weight loss. I knew I probably would, that was my excuse for not getting serious sooner. I used them til the last drop though, every calorie out I could get I took! Keep it up! You are doing awesome!

I've managed to keep mine from 195 lbs till now so I'm considering myself lucky!

I hate when I start to loose boob mass- I think that's the real reason I've not lost as much weight as I should have, I'd miss them. Good job on the compliments, though! That's always an awesome feeling. I have been using 15lb weights on my arms these days and the only thing I've noticed is that I bowled the other night with a 16lb ball... all the guys were using 10/12lbs and looking at me funny, so you're doing better than I if you see results! Excellent!

Wow you have lost 6 lbs. in a week! That is awesome. Same thing happened to me when I converted to low carb. No stopping you now. I can't wait for my boobs to go. If they get too droopy then maybe I would consider a lift..well maybe not at this age but I still want them small again. :) I nursed my son for over 2 years. It was the best thing I ever did for my figure. And my little man (now 31) got the hint that if he bit - mommie turned to an ORGRE.
