It is a beautiful day in Sunny North Carolina!
A group of us are going out to breakfast this morning - the usual place so I know what to get. Other than that, I'll be using the day to catch up on all the stuff I didn't get done yesterday - including getting my lunches ready for the week.
My thankfulness for today: The break room at work. I know all I do is complain about my job but there are perks there - like a full sized refrigerator - and the top shelf is all mine. Now, if I could only get a better parking space!

Sunny North Carolina -sounds wonderful-enjoy breakfast with the gang. You could ask for a parking space far away from the building so you can get those extra steps in to add to your exercise for the day ;)

Hey Buffy..enjoy your outing this morning...Its nice and sunny here in SW VA. too..with a touch of frost on the roof...Those frigs in the office makes it nice for keeping the foods we tote in for us..Did I tell ya you look like a teenager in your avatar??..Your soo cute..:O)

Awww...I missed the unveiling of your new pic yesterday...YOU LOOK AMAZING! Next to the tree, you still look tall & slender, that is an amazing feat. What a difference..no way do you look like a Grandma!

Enjoy your breakfast out -- I enjoy going where I know in advance what to order/eat -- no stress!! Sun is shining bright here in Nebraska and as soon as church lets out I am hitting the yard work. Our nice weekends are numbered :)

I love eating breakfast out! It's easy to stick with lower carb things. I usually get omelets. Must not be many people using your office if you got the whole top shelf of the fridge at work.. How cool! I think everyone bitches about the work they have to do in their jobs at some point. That's why it is called a "job". LOL! Have a great day! HUGS!

Mom - Good morning and good point. I tell my step daughter - That is why they call it "work". Not that it does any good. But back on point - having that refrigerator space has been a big plus to my weight loss.

It is sunny and blue here in the north country, too. Probably cooler temps, but nice for Minnesota. Yardwork and outdoor activity is on the agenda! Get that sunlight today, buddies!
