I only weigh in on Sunday morning, but just for today I am weighing in at a lower weight. Maybe it will spur me on to lose the final 10 lbs. because I don't want to register a weight gain!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 October 2012:
1165 kcal Fat: 59.38g | Prot: 78.27g | Carb: 82.02g.   Breakfast: eggs, carb style bread, half and half, coffee. Lunch: hannaford buttermilk ranch dressing, cherry tomato, Feta Cheese, cucumber, liptons diet green tea, hannaford inspiration turkey, fresh express leafy romaine. Dinner: sweet baby ray's barbecue sauce, broccoli, chicken drumstick. Snacks/Other: peter pan peanut butter, banana, atkins daybreak vanilla and fruit, Dannon Light and Fit Blueberry greek yogurt. more...
