Baby Steps:

As many of you know, I make big noises about exercise but then never follow through. I'm thinking maybe I've tried to jump in over my head, got discouraged and given up. So I am starting with baby steps.

After almost a year I finally got my Wii Fitness Plus reconnected. My "personal trainer" seemed pleasantly surprised to see me. Maybe he gave me a break because I'd lost 14.8 pounds since the last time I visited!

I also need to thank everyone who offered encouragement in Operation Weekend Watch. I am another pound down - only 19 more to reach my goal! But I owe my thanks to you for helping me through.

GO Buffy GO- glad you didn't get a lecture from your personal trainor for being AWOL- I agree with the baby step approach- that way you don't get sore and discouraged and quit --at least that's what I usually do but am managing to stick with it so far.

Been thinking about getting my fit back out for yoga... my balance is terrible! Think my trainer would be shocked at the lesser me too lol. Nice job on the weekend!
