I'm on here late - another very busy day at work.
One good thing about being busy is that for the last 4 days my calories have averaged under 1200. This is very unusual for me. I'll probably rebound and eat everything in sight tomorrow, but for today I am thankful for this temporary loss of appetite.
Got to get off here - I left a big mess in the kitchen that doesn't seem to be cleaning itself.

Doing the late thing too AND work is insane but you're right, not much of an appetite in the evening. I did a whey protein shake for supper - not much but filling and my carbs/calories stay on the lower side :)
