Day 241- I HIT A WALL! My body shape continues to change but no loss.

I have one crazy weekend planned, started last night with a Philly Union soccer game (beer), work today, Peter Gabriel concert tonight (beer), giving blood 6 am on sat, then off to run soccer pictures, then coach a game and then off to Hershey for Farm Aid (beer), after leaving there we are stopping at a friends house for their Octoberfest party (beer) and then Sunday another Philly Union game (beer). And yes we plan to tailgate everything just about. Monday early am I leave for York, SC.

I think by Monday night I will be dead!

You should be fine as long as you don't jump up and down....you might just explode!!

Sometimes the mirror can be more revealing of your progress. I go by mirror progress first and scale second. A sports and beer weekend sounds awesome!

If your body is buff - why even bother with the scale?

So, looks like BEER is in the weekend plans. Woot! I may have a couple myself. :-) Make it work. Drink it slow, enjoy it and make solid food choices (hard with beer, I know!) Maybe get some extra exercise in or a longer run to help. Body changes are great, even when the scale doesn't move. (And I am dying to hear how it went with the soccer parents you were going to talk to...hope it was a productive meeting!)

The fact that your body continues to change while your weight does not actually says quite a lot! It sounds like you're building lean muscle and continuing to lose fat, but that can result in confusing scale readings. Keep up the good work (with the occasional indulgence, of course!) and I'm sure you'll get the results you're looking for.
