I went to the store because I've had enough of people's shit today. #eatfeelings 

OMG...it does sound as though things are piling up on you. I know eating your feelings isn’t what you want to do, but maybe eat a bit- then Stop...see how you feel? I can’t tell you how to react. You have a LOT going on. I only want to be supportive. Positive thoughts/vibes/prayers (whichever you prefer ) for you Now❤️

That is a tough one. Been there when caught in the middle. Hopefully, she is not management but you need to go to her and tell her to never do that again. Otherwise, she will continue to dump on you.. Have a large glass of water, walk around the block and breath deeply.  

All of that was HER problem. She had no business letting the client hear her interaction with you; that's what the "hold" button is for. Is she your supervisor? Hopefully you can get this info to the right person.

No...shes just a coworker. This woman calls off about 2 times a week. Complete wreck. Her voice sounds like she smojes a carton a day and when she coughs I swear I hear a death rattle. (A term nurses will understand) She's one of the rudest people in our office and it never stops. If it's not me...shes targeting someone else.  

I always wonder how people like that are retained in positions that require contact with the customers. With all of the GOOD people who are looking for jobs, why isn't she (and others just like her!) FIRED? SMH...  

Federal government unfortunately. The president just signed an executive order weakening the protections that the union uses to protect people like her. Problem is that management only targets people they want to. Not always the people who are truely the problem. I've been there 16 years and I've seen some shit. 

I am so sorry you have to work with such a miserable person. Like @SoCalPam said, that behavior is on her, but pretty messed up that she gets away with it. Sure hope there are consequences for her. 

I'm retired and no longer have to put up with that garbage. I'll tell you what I used to do though, I'd just smile at those idiots. That absolutely just drives them crazy. They don't know what to do and eventually just walk away.  

Do i want bottled coffee monsters?  

Funny story. I didnt realize this was a mosnter drink. I thought it was a Starbucks frap of sorts. 150 mg of caffeine. I got very sick from this considering I dont normally drink more than 8 oz black coffee a day
