First weigh-in in 2013 was 283 lbs - I believe that was my overall highest weight. Unintentionally reset my FS at 208 lbs weigh-in, and moved my goal from 175 to 150. I'm a pescaterian that eats sustainable fish and seafood, avoids dairy, and only buys eggs from a local farmer who pampers her hens. I love fresh vegetables and fruits, organic when necessary, and eat as many as I can!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I stick to my Monday morning weigh-in, always before eating/drinking anything and wearing only my glasses. I have no compulsions to weigh myself more often than once per week!

Two tablespoons of ACV with mother in 8 oz of water is my daily plan. I don't really enjoy it but I DO like the way I feel when I stick to the regimen.
