Went geocaching instead of to the Y today, had a great time! Hoping to get to the Y in the morning, I haven't weighed in in a few days, and will try not to be tempted by MY Damien :) before Monday's weigh in. So I have the Power 90 videos (not the P90X) and am thinking about doing those and also what I was mentioning the other day Jillian Michael's Making the Cut workout routine. She has a 30 day schedule and each day's routine is 5 circuits, I'm going to try and do them each day, shouldn't take too long and what I can't do (1 minute sprint in my house?) or things with a pull up bar I'll skip, or try and do a similar exercise with weights.
Anyway, so the other day my cousin's grandmother (on the other side, not mine) sent me a card and it had 2 pictures in it from August and my cousin's birthdays. What was shocking is that I looked really unattractive in one of them, and I can't believe that's me! I taped that to my mirror so I am "encouraged" NOT to look like that every day! Wish me luck, guys!
