I only pay attention to calories 😏 430 calories -110 mayo =320 for me, this is a healthy meal

I couldn't do that dry, and my problem is I would want to order six of them. Ugh. No go for me, not to mention a large double order of fries. And a coke, full HFCS one, and a couple of double cheese burgers, nah, four double cheeseburgers to go with that. haha Yeah, it's no wonder I just steer clear, most of the time.

@Phil - Hey she did not get the double order of fres! :) But, seriously I was thinking about what you wrote and the problem I would have is the bun. I COULD eat just ONE sandwich if I did not eat the bun. But it is the bun that would send me into insatiable hunger. People who do not have that problem are BLESSED. @rosio19 - Enjoy!

I eat just the grilled chicken with 1 bbq sauce and a yogurt parfait when i eat at McDonald's. ☺

Sounds tasty 😋 too, but I like to get as full as I can so I do not drink my calories. those kinds of liquids are not worth me spending my calories on

I've reached the point that I eat whatever I want, amounts and frequency are what matter. OMAD, except on days that I skip, it doesn't bother me and has become intuitive. I drink more than I used to, would rather have some quality booze than food, sometimes. lol

I don't buy normal mayo anymore, light mayo is almost as good and 35 calories instead of 90. More restaurants need to offer light.

Grilled chicken nuggets with a superfood side salad at Chik Fil A. Fast food go-to and service with a smile--at least where I live. :-)

I can eat just one of the bread and I will be fine, also no mayonnaise because I don't love it, I will definitely order a medium fries and a strawberry shake, I like Coca-Cola but I am not addicted to it, I try to spend my valuable calories on food that I really love 😊😋
