What can I say. Working towards a healthy goal. I've already surpassed my diabetic goals by dropping my A1C to 5.3 in three months and losing 13 lbs. I've 27 more to go or so. My goal is to be at least half way there by my next check in; in November.
I follow the Keto diet; no grains or sugars. I keep it fun and adventurous.
