320?? Nice. My kids were just begging for McDonald’s. I can’t stand the food except the high calorie nuggets. I’ll have to see if ours has this. If so I’ll take them to eat there as my normal lunch ranges 200-300 calories so this fits perfectly! Thanks for posting and the calorie info ;).

Nice to hear, Phil. OMAD seems great. I had a guy on a plan where he could still fit in 3-4 beers a night while losing. It's certainly possible.

I totally waste calories on alcohol liquid 👌🏼🙌🏼 If I had to give it up, I would rather be fat 🤷🏻‍♀️
