Tonya Palmer's Journal, 19 July 2018

It is crazy but it took me getting sick to realize I have to do something. I was diagnosed with H pilyhori. Now on two different antibiotics vplus two more meds for 14 days. Been sick for weeks but kept putting it off going to the doctor. Haven't had any fried food or beef in three weeks. With God's help I can stick to it. I have struggled most of my life with being overweight. It took me getting sick with this and being 63 to realize "get serious girl".

My friends daughter was just diagnosed with the same. wish you a speedy and full recovery! If you look into foods pre-biotic and probiotics that can jump start a fast recovery and heal your good gut flora, there is some astounding info via web. once this bad bacteria makes his way out of your system you will feel better yay!! best to you and health.

Awww, I'm sorry you're not feeling better. I hear you about getting older and getting sick; my weight loss journey began with a vengeance when my knees blew out and I needed to carry a lot less of "me" around on them. I hope your season of healing is brief and that you're up and at 'em really soon.

Lots of people have H Pylori. Glad they tested you for it! You'll be feeling better soon, now to get your gut health back to where it should be after those heavy antibiotics, but they will end that bacteria once and for all and you will be feeling better! Most people don't know it can be the cause of ulcers. Hang in there.

Sorry to hear that. Being in a truck all day long takes its toll on the body. I did it for 7 years. In retrospect, you need to get out, walk around every so often. Eating on the road sucks. Time is money and having to stop is a killer. Try and find grocery stores that you can get some prepared food that isn't all salt, grease etc. Good luck...
