I like to stuff myself 😳 the fatty in me 😳 i know i got issues, i was obese u know 😰 I can only keep calories on check n feel stuff with less calorie dense foods

Honestly I can be good with 300 calories of food until noon but I can do a 500-600 calorie lunch but when at home with hubby I eat my 700-100 calorie meal 😋😏☺️

Honestly he don’t even see I’m in a calorie control diet cause he only sees my big meals. In the evening n on the weekends

I truly am a closet dieter I pretty much eat small meals before and during work when no one sees me...when I eat I’m front of others I EAT NORMAL (regular folks normal) and i keep them wondering how the fuck am I maintaining 😏

No, chris most folks won’t understand I get full with one bread, one egg white n two whole eggs. They will look at me like I’m despreate to maintain (which I am 😅) but they won’t understand that it’s ok, I’m ok and I get satisfied with that n only that.

Seeing the chips has convinced me I need a kitchen scale. I'd never know how to proportion them out without one. And for me, portions is what I need to relearn the most. If I want chips ever again, I better get myself a scale to weigh them.\
