Day 66 of my 90-day program went pretty good. I made it 36 hrs into my fast, then I decided to eat a small keto-meal because I was forgetting why I was fasting and it did not seem reasonable to be so hungry. Family went to restaurant followed by Dairy Queen with full reports when I did not want to think about food.
So, today I'm deciding if I want to do another 36 hr fast until tomorrow. Right now, I'm leaning toward it because I peeked and my weight is a new "low" for me even after refeeding last night. My walk was pretty good, I had to go slow after at the 4 to 5 miles markers, but the weather is great and I enjoyed it.
Trying to find something sustainable. This week I plan to get into the 180's and I think I can do it. Hope you all have a great weekend. We can do this.
