Garlic sautéed mushrooms, and lean sirloin steak, very lightly marinated with a half a teaspoon of mrs. dash sweet teriyaki marinade. A touch of olive oil to skillet top cook both.

We had that, too! I actually skipped the mushrooms to eat more steak :) I went a bit over my RDI but it was totally worth it.
