Day 4 of Final Sprint (46 Days on Spring Cut)

46 DAYS:....11.6% @ 188.4# = 21.9# Fat & 32.75" Waist...
GOAL:........9.8% @ 184.5# = 18.0# Fat & 30.88" Waist...
GAP:..........2.0%.......................3.9# Fat &...1.88" Waist


Last night was a bit of a challenge (again) around dinner and fam. Came home late to a plate on the counter with a bit of left-over breakfast omelet. Before a thought crossed my mind, that sh*t was right down the hatch. Cooked up a nice sirloin and veggies for #2 son, had to sample both. Total damage = 105K. Did I "break" my fast? Absolutely yes. Do I GAF? Not a bit.

Breaking fast early today at noon to do a lift day pre-feed. Yerba Prima too, for digestive happiness during my re-feed. Lifting around 2. Gonna double my usual (parsimonious) workload - squats, bench, deads, and chins. LISS & Abs afterwards if I have time. 50g protein in. Then Date Night re-feed. No clue where/what is for dinner, but if it comes up light, I'll double down with some extra meat afterwards. Thought about bringing along a couple of those NY Strips, 6 pounds of which remain languishing in my fridge. Prolly not my best idea...

The Fat loss performance difference between the 90:6 fasting schedule I have run for the last 8 days and the 40:8 schedule I ran previously is stark - 2.9# vs. 1.8# of fat loss over comparable 8 day time periods. I'll be hanging onto that 61% performance boost, thank you very much. Testing doubling down my lifting workload today - basically two JP lift days in one - with the intent of maintaining my lifting volume while extending fasting. Plan is to re-feed tonight, re-launch fast tomorrow. Extending to 114:6, so next Lift/Feast day is Wednesday (6/20), assuming I can hack the fast...

Revised scale/fat targets slightly downward to make sure that I finish my cut well under 10% BF while fully depleted.

@ches Dude, you and adef got me going. That dude Cole, with the snake diet you put me onto is the right kind of motivational crazy for me. I've got that whack job on permanent auto-play while I sleep. "Not losing fat? Stop eating you fat fcuk!" "What should I eat?" Still fat? "Eat nothing!" You only have to call me a b*tch once and I am running the donuts right down the disposal. Genius.

GAME recognizes GAME. I subscribed to YT red so could download videos and play them offline and with screen off because of the #SNAKEDIET. I hated Cole at 1st and thought he was an A$$hole but the truth hurts and until we deal with it, we will keep spinning our wheels and not getting the results we want/need. "HEY FATTY. STOP EATING"

@ches Heard. Appreciate you. He IS an A$$hole. He is also wrong, IMHO, about some things. That said, he calls Bullsh*t on all the stuff that holds many of us back from getting ripped. @sw3 Its 20 pounds, not %. Heard, regardless. It is important to celebrate one's wins. Historically, though, this has been "quitting time" for me. Time to play for the summer, looking too skinny, etc. I am keenly aware that those are just excuses for not undertaking the most difficult part of the journey - breaking through to a new level of leanness and fitness and staying there. I'll have my massage on the 4th or when I break 10% body fat, whichever comes first.
